I am a therapist who specializes in working with adults, adolescents, and children, creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment focused on growth and well-being. I provide support to individuals managing anxiety, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues, as well as those facing professional or family challenges. Together, we will develop the tools you need to strengthen your resilience and approach life's challenges with greater confidence. I also offer child-centered play therapy and integrate CBT and DBT techniques in my work with children.
I help adolescents identify their natural strengths and use them to navigate their current challenges, while also collaborating with parents, teachers, and other providers. When working with adults, I take a psychodynamic approach, incorporating Internal Family Systems, and offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy when appropriate.
If you're seeking individual therapy, couples counseling, or are a parent looking for support for your child, feel free to reach out with any questions or to schedule a free consultation. I look forward to meeting you, learning about your goals, and exploring how we can work together to achieve them!
