Have you ever felt stuck in certain areas of your life and can tell it needs attention or relief? Sometimes, that mere curiosity is all we need to take steps toward a life filled with contentment, satisfaction, and emotional tolerance. I specialize working with adults who have experienced trauma in the past that is causing issues in relationships, work, performance, or overall important areas of life. Past trauma has a way of taking up space in our mind or body, and if left unresolved, will show up as anxiety, depression, withdrawal, and dissatisfaction. I am EMDR trained and use this as my main therapeutic modality.

My approach is client-centered. I value the relationship built in the therapeutic room to create space to explore experiences, gain insight, and process impactful events. I believe our brains have the ability to heal from the past so that fear of encountering those triggers in the future decreases, and a fuller life can be lived.
