Welcome! I am excited to join you on your path to healing and personal growth! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in work with teens and EMDR in adults. I often see children experiencing anxiety or difficulty managing big feelings, teens struggling to understand themselves and getting ready for adulthood, and adults that feel caught in repetitive life or relational patterns, those facing major life changes like divorce or loss, or who may wish to heal from troubling past experiences that still may be affecting them. If you see yourself in any of these scenarios, I am here to offer support and guidance!

Let’s work together to unpack the root of your struggles so that you can create lasting change. My approach to counseling is authentic, warm and supportive. I am going to laugh with you, while also helping you dive deeper into your emotions and providing you with direct feedback throughout our time together.

I also specialize in work with first responders, have an understanding of the culture and work with the Craig Tiger Act. Also, being a board certified Clinical Supervisor, I am also open to supervisory opportunities and needs clinicians may have as well.
