Are you struggling with intense emotions, relationship challenges, or impulsive behaviors? Our DBT Skills Group can help you gain the tools and strategies needed to navigate life's challenges with greater ease and resilience. DBT teaches practical skills in these four areas: mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance. Sliding scale spots available. This group will be either in person in NYC's Flatiron District or virtual, depending on participant preference.
