Are you struggling with issues related to infertility? Have you had pregnancy losses? Are you tired of the waiting and all of the appointments? I work with women in all parts of their fertility journey (from the beginning of learning about challenges and options, those going through treatments, those recovering from loss and more). Fertility struggles can cause a range of negative emotions and issues such as anxiety, anger, grief, guilt, blame, uncertainty and many more. Your mind has such a great impact on your body and your fertility. I love providing support and emotional tools for women going through their fertility journey.
The women with whom I work are able to talk to a therapist who is very knowledgeable about fertility, the choices that need to be made and the range of emotions that accompanies this journey to motherhood. Through therapy, the women work towards being on a healthy path towards emotional well-being and feeling more in control and less isolated.
You don't have to struggle alone. My approach is eclectic and holistic, combining a variety of techniques (visualizations, breathing, relaxation exercises) that are catered to your individual needs.
