I offer a space to discuss your concerns and collaborate with you on how to best meet your needs. I have experience working with adolescents (16+), young adults and adults of diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds, as well as individuals who identify as LGBTQ+.
I integrate various therapy approaches in my work, and I would be happy to discuss what style would be best for you. My specialities and interests include stress management, anxiety, life transitions, ADHD, relationships, and multi-cultural identities. I also provide executive function coaching as a standalone or as part of treatment.
