Hello! I'm excited to be able to offer personalized therapy by utilizing an eclectic approach to meet your needs. I have a great passion to work with those who have experienced difficulties, traumas, or any experience that has left you feeling out of control. I have had the pleasure to work with children ages 3+, adolescents, and adults. I am a staunch supporter of providing LGBTQIA+ affirming care as well as trauma informed care. Whether the roadblock is anxiety, stress, or depression I am looking forward to helping support you in your goals.

I currently utilize an array of techniques including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and play therapy. Your care will depend on your interest and needs.
