I am a fully Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Advanced Schema Therapist and an Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist holding over 13 years of experience working with substance related problems and mental health challenges. I understand the courage it takes to make this first step in seeking help and hope to make it a beneficial and life changing event. I provide a compassionate and comfortable environment and use a variety of therapy techniques to educate and build on your skills and strengths.

I offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which is supported by empirical evidence to help with a multitude of mental health and substance related disorders and Schema Therapy which is an integrated approach to treat deeply rooted emotional conditions that stem from negative experiences during childhood/adolescent years, amoung several other approaches.

I have experience working with depression, suicidal ideations, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, substance abuse, grief and loss, family issues, physical health challenges, financial hardships and legal problems.
