In an age of ambivalence, avoidance and anesthesia, I recognize a need to slow down, be centered and get mindful of who we are to then decide what we are doing, where we are going and why. For many (men in particular!), this numbness extends beyond what we do and seeps into our emotional, mental and spiritual lives as we search for ways to be braver, bolder, and better. I employ a balanced mind-body-spirit approach to support those facing “substance” abuse struggles, anxiety/depression, life changes, career moves, relationship issues, grief and general life transitions.
My approach reflects connection, empathy, understanding, listening and finding joy as we open up to possibility. From there, I find life is about choices and decisions and, with a guiding hand or a hopeful push, believe we can overtake the old, examine the new and become who we are.
After struggling with dissatisfaction and boredom in the advertising industry, I decided to leave a safe, lucrative career to pursue a more fulfilling one. I love to help others find their professional, romantic and personal way. As a certified running coach, I integrate mind-body approaches to wellness when indicated.
