Please note I only provide tele-therapy services in Maryland, DC, Virginia, Florida, & W. Virginia. It is my belief and practice that we are more than our limited thinking minds. If you have tried other traditional therapies and find them lacking, you may find my Transpersonal , Jungian, and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral approach to be of benefit. The transpersonal is defined as "experiences in which the sense of identity, or self, extends beyond the individual or personal to encompass greater meaning. This can include exploring non ordinary states of consciousness.

I have expertise in the integration of Eastern and Western psychotherapies and philosophies with modern psychodynamic principles, Non-Dual approaches, and contemplative and meditative practices. This approach encompasses the mind, body, & spirit. It is my experience that a persons deeper beliefs (what I call Meta-principles) determine life experiences.

My integrative practice includes life coaching, altered states work, psychotherapy, meditation instruction, hypnotherapy, neurofeedback training, and mindfulness based treatment. 1. MBCT Group : A ZOOM Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) group on Wednesday evenings from 7 to 8:15 p.m for women and men. MBCT combines the principles of cognitive therapy and attitudes based on the cultivation of mindfulness. Your insurance may pay for a portion of the group fee. An initial 4 month commitment is required.

Life Recovery Therapy Group

Life Recovery Psychotherapy group on Zoom Mondays 7 p.m. EST No matter what stage an individual is in the Recovery process from addictive substances (alcohol, drugs , food) or behaviors (sex or love addiction, gambling, etc), community is important. Those using 12 Steps as part of their Recovery process are welcome to share their experiences. Members of the group may be part of 12 Step meetings, Smart Recovery, Depressed Anonymous, Refuge Recovery, Anxiety Anonymous, Secular Sobriety, or no support group at all. This is not a "drop in" group and does require a weekly commitment for at least 12 sessions.
