I am Certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and EMDR Trained. EFT is an effective approach for couples and individuals that fosters emotional intimacy and connection. We will explore emotions and patterns to uncover needs and suppressed feelings. EMDR is wonderfully effective for individual work, working through trauma, depression and anxiety.
