Horses and humans are both social animals: our brains have evolved to steer clear of loneliness. In equine psychotherapy, we explore "keys" in our brains that foster connection. Essentially, horses gift us with their intuitive understanding of our needs so we can heal, have new experiences, acquire fresh skills, and undergo personal growth.
