I specialize in working with teen and adult women. This includes anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, and issues related to abuse and trauma. I have acquired extensive training with evidence based treatments and work from a psychodynamic, mindfulness based, and cognitive-behavioral therapeutic orientation.
I received my BA in psychology from UCLA and MA and Psy.D. degree in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University. I completed a 2-year postdoctoral fellowship at Robins & Associates Trauma Clinic in New York city and have been in private practice over 7 years.
