My name is Eliza and I have worked as a therapist in mental health clinics, psychiatric hospitals, and private practice settings. Throughout the years, I have supported a diverse range of patients and clients in improving overall health through therapy. I am experienced in addressing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, addictions, eating disorders, trauma, neurodiversity, and issues with life transitions, self-esteem, and relationships. I provide individual with as needed family therapy. My main specialties are addressing Complex PTSD and ADHD.

As a person-centered and trauma-informed therapist, I prioritize adapting my skills to my client's specific needs and I consider personality, environment, culture, biology, and history as contexts to my clients' challenges. I may also provide my clients support in navigating additional resources and connecting them with other specialized forms of care.
