I view therapy as a partnership between client and therapist. Together, I want to help you cope with past traumas, decrease anxiety/depression and stabilize your mind to improve your quality of life. Through a relational/friendly style; I want you to experience nonjudgement & feel comfortable, respected, supported and appropriately challenged when needed. I am a trauma therapist and evidenced based modalities including Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I also have a special interest working with adolescents and young adults. I enjoy helping this age group transition to the next phase of life. Women's issues are a priority; including perinatal mental health treatment. Mindfulness, EMDR, and DBT are offered.
