The methods I use honor your strengths. I primarily use the frameworks of Motivational Interviewing to help you feel understood and help you cultivate internal motivation for change and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to work on concrete changes in the way you think, feel and behave to promote greater life fulfillment and success.
I believe therapy should be a partnership. I have knowledge and suggestions that may be useful to you, however my expertise is secondary to what you already know about yourself. You may feel the answers are hard to find, like a needle in a haystack, but we will work hard to find the answers together!
