Hello, I'm Elizabeth. As a therapist over the last 10 years I have worked with a wide variety of people in helping them heal and grow through the therapy process. I am an advocate for those who don't feel that their voices are heard including: LGBTQIA+, TBI survivors, Neurodivergent individuals, parents, college students, and people looking to find their self-worth. I tailor my sessions to fit each person's individual needs and take time to learn about the people I work with and what makes them full of joy and feel authentic. Together we will work to make the therapy process a time of healing and a time of growth.
Using a person-centered approach, I bring different techniques to sessions depending on your needs such as: Mindfulness, CBT, DBT, CPT, ACT, art therapy, motivational interviewing, and EMDR. I'm a huge advocate in utilizing what a person is passionate about in the healing process such as: music, art, hiking, games, comics, movies, sports, etc.
