I offer individual therapy, for young adult and teens. I also offer family therapy, parent coaching and couples counseling. I enjoy integrating some family therapy techniques in most cases, for example if your teen is struggling I will also work with the parent, or if you want to improve communication with your partner we can bring them into a session.
