"30s/40s Somethings" Women's Group - Meets Monthly
This small group of women, "30/40 Somethings," meets monthly on Zoom for support, feedback, and self-growth. Members benefit from each other's life experiences, perspectives, and wisdom. The group often becomes a touchstone, providing a space for meaningful conversations that may be missing elsewhere in life. Members are supportive of one another, psychologically-minded, and curious about themselves and others. This established group will have an opening in October 2024. Women commit to six sessions to start.

Are you a woman who would enjoy learning more about yourself in in company of other women? Women in this established group are content in most areas of life but seek more rewarding relationships with themselves & others. New members are added as members complete their work with the group. The age range for participants is from their 40s to 60s. We share support, wisdom and perspective in a virtual space--and we have fun! This group will have an opening in October 2024. We meet on alternate Wednesday evenings from 4:15 to 5:30 PM.
