I have worked with issues including depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, self-harming, mood disorders, personality disorders, couples issues, family system issues, life adjustments, grief and loss, ADHD, and more. I have worked with adoption issues, divorce difficulties, and many different types of families and parenting. I enjoy collaborating with my clients to help understand their individual needs and working towards their personal goals.
I previously worked in community-based healthcare, where I worked with children, teenagers, and families in crisis in their homes. This included working with every member of the family to come up with de-escalation and stabilization strategies. I have worked with young children, adolescents, adults, and elderly persons.
