I am passionate about meeting people where they are to help them on the journey toward growth, wholeness, and healing. I desire to help you find the courage to ask hard questions and build resilience to accept the challenging parts of your story. My goal is to help you discover meaning, connection, authenticity, and gratitude.
I am an LPCC practicing in the Denver Metro area, and I enjoy working with individuals, children, adolescents, and couples. I work thorough a family systems lens and offer parent coaching and family sessions when appropriate. I offer group workshops and coaching to support the individual work I do. I have been trained in Theraplay and EFT.
In life, we are often faced with challenges and detours that prevent us from living the life that we truly desire.
