I am a student of the human condition. My career has spanned the fields of massage therapy, Yoga, theater arts, and now counseling. I hold a lifetime curiosity about how stress, pain, trauma, and navigating the nervous system relate to ongoing mental health challenges. I have had the privilege to work with clients in a wide range of communities, with a wide range of abilities and challenges and I look forward to building an inclusive, holistic practice as a mental health counselor. I am particularly drawn to the intersections of eating disorders, neurodivergence, and LGBTQIA+ community.
My approach to mental health blends humanistic, experiential, and body-based practices to help clients meet themselves with compassion and curiosity. I enjoy integrating Yoga, mindfulness, parts work, and touch into my approach as a counselor. I will meet you where you are and sit with you in the inherent discomfort of change and growth.
