I am passionate about working with teen girls and young women, especially those struggling with self-esteem, people-pleasing, and setting boundaries. I also love helping wives or mothers who are struggling with relationship difficulties, being overwhelmed, and women's issues! In addition, I can help with processing familial wounds and finding healing, as well as filling your toolbox with coping skills for managing your mood, anxieties, and duties in your life. I will go on a journey with you to explore yourself with self-compassion, and learn more about what you need and who you are! It would be an honor to know you.
As a counselor, my style is warm, accepting, and authentic! I strike a balance between addressing the historical roots of issues while maintaining a solution-focus for managing your current needs. I will help you identify limiting beliefs that you may carry about yourself, and will build you up in the truth of your identity!
Deciding to talk to someone can be difficult. I know that for some of us, it's hard to admit to ourselves when we need more support! If you relate, I'd like to encourage you that how you are feeling matters, and you don't have to carry it alone. Investing in your wellness is a worthy cause! Feel free to reach out about any questions you might have!
