I am a survivor who knows how difficult it can be to find a therapist who feels safe when you've been hurt before, and I have a deep understanding of the harm that can come from power imbalances between clients and providers. I strive to create a collaborative space where you can exist authentically without fear of judgement. Clients of all backgrounds and walks of life are welcome in my office. My practice is trauma-informed, BIPOC-friendly, disability-inclusive, neurodivergence-affirming, kink-aware, nonmonogamy-friendly, & sex-worker allied. I enjoy working with adults, couples & multi-partnered systems, and children & teens.
The aim of my practice is to make mental health care accessible to those who have faced barriers seeking help in the past. I work primarily with: trauma, neurodivergence, sex & relationships, chronic illness/disability, minority stress, issues related systemic oppression, anxiety, depression, & identity. My approach is flexible, transparent, and human.
Life is fucking hard and you shouldn't have to navigate it alone. I believe everyone – regardless of circumstance – deserves to have fulfilling relationships, and I believe that access to safe and affirming healthcare should be a right and not a privilege. Please reach out with any questions or visit my website for more information about support I can offer.
