I focus primarily on providing support to the LGBTQ+ community, of which I am a member myself. Additionally, I have experience working with individuals that are experiencing debilitating chronic pain, anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, grief and emotional abuse. My services include trauma informed care, and support that is personalized. I enjoy finding unique ways to help with balancing the nervous system including mindfulness techniques, breathwork, and art therapy. I do not believe that there is one way that will work for everyone & strive to tailor the tools provided on your healing journey to meet your individual needs.
I practice with a person-centered approach and work with individuals ages 18 and above, with a particular desire in assisting those dealing with family & relational trauma, those who want to build a sense of “self” or believe they have lost themselves, those who want to gain skills to advocate for themselves, and those who are continuously on their journey.
I decided to pursue my master’s after years of my own therapy, and recognizing the importance of building community & cultivating a therapeutic relationship. I believe therapy to be a form of self-care and medicine. I look forward to building a safe environment that embodies progressive wellness and inspires healing.
