My team and I are here to support you or your child. If you feel like you're running on empty- your anxiety is at its peak, you're not sleeping, and you don't know how or who to ask for help, you're in the right place. We can help you figure out the steps to live a happier and more confident life. We can support you in feeling more present and at peace. Together, we will figure out what your inner critic is saying to hold you back and you will learn skills to manage life stressors. You can feel better and live the life you want.

Now that you are ready to commit to your own emotional and mental wellbeing, you will get out of therapy what you put in. When we meet, you will find that I am compassionate and supportive. I will challenge you to slow down and tune into your body in and out of session. Our therapists have rates as low as $60 per session.

I do this work because I strongly believe that everyone deserves a skilled, fierce ally to support them when life gets tough.
