Therapy with me is meant to be grounded in a deep respect for individual authenticity and lived experience.
I work with adults, relationships & teens. I focus on ADHD/neurodivergence, trauma/post traumatic growth, grief, non-traditional lifestyles and kink-identity, LGBTQIA+ concerns (marginalization, internalized homophobia, stigma etc.), gender exploration, couples and polycules, codependency and attachment, current and previous sex workers and life transitions.
In my therapy room, I believe in the power of fostering a supportive environment free from taboos, stigmas, and judgement! With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, I provide a space for exploration, healing, and growth! Most of my work is integrative and I am always willing to learn and recognize that no one therapy modality is a one size fits all!
