Mind-body health and awareness are stressed throughout our work together for optimal healing and vitality.
My training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and EMDR is oriented towards those who are seeking insight into themselves and past trauma through a positive perspective as we work towards making tangible goals for improvement in relationships, self-acceptance, and general well-being.
