Creatives, young adults, teens, and those adjusting to the demands of adulthood often find their way to my practice. I work with individuals with a history of trauma, whether acute, due to chronic illness (including Long COVID), or due to the ongoing stressors of being racially marginalized and/or LGBTQ+ identified.
In session, we will identify your various attributes, experiences, and values. As we get to know these parts of you over time, you will build more inner trust and cohesion in order to reduce both internal and external conflict. My approach is warm, humorous, direct, and creative as we work through both the past and present to achieve lasting change.
