My specialty is in working with women in their 20s and 30s suffering from anxiety or depression. I strive to offer an open, inclusive and collaborative space where you can be honest about your struggles and we can work together to find solutions. I offer a strengths-based, combined approach of Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Psychodynamic Theory.
