Accepting new clients! Welcome, I’m Erica and I’m glad you’re here! I often work with people who are feeling anxious or unsettled in some way. Perhaps your mind is running in a never ending loop of ‘What ifs…’ or you’re feeling dissatisfied with the state of the relationships in your life… or maybe you’ve lost your sense of self somewhere along the way. My clients frequently describe themselves as ‘people pleasers’ and ‘over-thinkers.’ I have a gentle, but direct demeanor and I love a good metaphor or analogy. I am EMDR trained and offer it to clients when needed.

My goal is to empower you with tools and insights that foster healing and personal growth. My approach is rooted in evidence-based techniques alongside meaningful connection, allowing us to explore your unique experiences and find pathways to healing. There is nothing more exciting for me than to be witness to a ‘lightbulb’ moment in the therapy room.
