The goal of therapy is to empower the client to achieve their goals with hopes that the client can live a more satisfying life. The purpose of therapy is to help the client enhance their understanding of the issue(s) that may be impacting their physical, emotional and mental wellbeing and to equip the client with skills that can bring potential solutions to their issue(s). Therapy can employ techniques and exercises from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Play Therapy to mention a few.
