The pursuit of wellness, peace, stability, and self-actualization in such fraught and unsettling times can often feel like a futile task. If you have found yourself wondering, "am I broken, or is the world broken?", rest assured you aren't alone. When seeking mental health support it's important to know that your therapist sees you not just as a cluster of symptoms and deficits, but a person trying their best to survive in a changing and sometimes hostile world.
I am an individual and group therapist with a research background in Liberation Psychology, disability justice, and abolitionist social work. I primarily work with LQBTQ+ individuals, and have specific expertise in non-monogamous relationships, queer sexuality and kink, death, grief and loss, and living with chronic illness.
If you are seeking a safe, affirming space to process challenging emotions and experiences, connect with your core values, and begin building the skills and capacity to build a life that aligns with those values, I encourage you to schedule a brief, commitment-free consultation call to assess if we are a good fit. I look forward to meeting you!
