I am offering both tele-therapy and in-person services at this time. I have seen the flexibility that tele-therapy provides in allowing clients to more easily access services. I continue to offer a therapeutic space where you can slow down and consider more deeply the relational patterns in your life. I have found that many of my clients benefit from this approach and are more likely to sustain a mindful and flexible approach to change in life.
Just wanting to make changes in our lives sometimes isn't enough. We need help figuring out how to break out of our immediate reactions. I can help you understand your children's needs and recognize ways your past is influencing your relationship with your children or partner. We can work on exploring your past stories and not let them control your future.
