Many people seek out therapy at times when they feel disconnected, have a lot of worries and fears, or notice changes in their mood. Sometimes these concerns impact relationships and our friends and loved ones may not know how to support us during this time. That is okay. That is when working with a therapist can be helpful. In our work together, I am committed to helping you work through these and many other concerns. Sometimes we need a space to talk openly about what we are going through without fear of judgement. We will find solutions to increase your life satisfaction, happiness, and have more fulfilling relationships.
I have specialized training in working with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, stress, traumatic grief and loss, and substance use. My style would be best described as warm, supportive, and caring and I take into account your personal history, identities, and help you identify goals for our treatment.
I strongly believe that the therapeutic relationship is an integral part of therapy and I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to ensure that I am the best therapist for you! With every client, I create a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space. Feel free to check out my website for more information about myself and my practice.
