It is my privilege and joy to work with clients to achieve growth, healing, and change in their lives. We begin by building trust, exploring together, developing new insights, taking meaningful action, then sustaining new ways of being. I use mindfulness and nature to help clients, which can be done indoors or out. Similarly, looking at clients' internal parts, relational dynamics, and cognitions can help with transition, trauma, stagnation, depression, and more. I work to restore clients' sense of harmonious connection. I work with ages 13 and up.
My training is in nature-based therapy and mindfulness. I combine compassionate awareness, the outdoors, and parts work to facilitate client-driven change. I help clients transcend an isolated, inadequate, and judgmental view of themselves and to replace it with self-love and connectedness.
These days simply being a human can be hard. It can feel like something just isn't right in your heart, in your mind, your soul, your memory, or your body. Isolation, regret, dissonance, sadness, anger - such things can find their way in despite our best efforts. I would love to help you see yourself clearly and compassionately - to change, heal, and grow.
