Virtual OCD Club: ERP Skills in Practice

Our weekly Sunday virtual support group that brainstorms new ERP activities for participants to complete over the next week. Leverage the benefit of peer learning, group accountability to challenge each other to keeping working through our fear hierarchy. Creative brainstorming, interactive feedback, teamwork, and relapse prevention strategy sessions to keep tacking triggers. OCD can be isolating but no need to battle the OCD monster alone. Join us on the road to making friends with uncertainty. Every Sunday at 4pm PT/7pm ET. $20 to register any time. Commitment of 4 sessions required. Non-refundable deposit of $50.
