Within a secure and encouraging atmosphere, I am dedicated to assisting you in recognizing and removing the obstacles caused by sexual addiction, pornography addiction, videogame addiction, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, life transitions, and trauma, regardless of whether you have previously attended therapy or are thinking about doing so for the first time.
While my primary method of practice is Person-Centered, I also provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address current behaviors and thought patterns and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help with emotion regulation and management.
Native to the beautiful state of Arizona, I completed my Master of Science for Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University (GCU). I am currently an Associate Sex Addiction Therapist (ASAT) and specializes in working with individuals in active sex addiction and/or pornography, videogame addiction, substance addiction seeking recovery.
