I practice holistic & relational therapy from my background in depth, modern gestalt & somatic healing. I specialize in trauma, grief, relationships, anxiety and non-monogamy. I also focus on—and especially enjoy—working with queer folk and other healers.
We begin by creating a uniquely safe, therapeutic space—so we can explore more deeply, loosen old knots and stuck patterns. We'll connect the dots with parts work, lean towards feeling & body experience, and explore dynamics in the present—tools that address root issues and create meaningful change.
