Many of my clients deal with stress, anxiety, depression or trauma related to their families, relationships, jobs, or other situations. My traditional clients also seek help for stress related, chronic mental health issues, child behavior-or parenting problems, as well for dealing with or recovering from narcissistic abuse, stage of life problems, academic or career issues, chronic pain, and co-parenting issues.
I have worked in community mental health settings and private practice assisting individuals of all ages through the therapeutic process for many years, I feel I can provide the wisdom and compassion to facilitate your therapeutic process whether you are seeking a short term treatment, or in-depth psychotherapy for yourself, your child, or your family.
I offer cognitive behavioral and mindfulness based psychotherapy with a warm and non-judging approach. For people who are less receptive to more direct and realy based interventions I also offer DBT and talk therapy. I use behaviorally based psychotherapy with children with ADHD, emotion dysregulation, and parent management, I accept most insurance plans.
