Existentialists in Recovery

This group is a space to process the existential concerns that emerge during recovery. Maybe you lie awake at night wresting with questions of identity in the aftermath of your addiction. Who am I? Who have I become? What do I value? Maybe you're in the middle of zoom meeting and are struck by the familiar dread that this is all just meaningless...
