Together we can unpack these thoughts and behaviors so that you can enjoy the moment more fully and build the future you want. I help clients with a range of problems including anxiety, trauma, insomnia, difficulty managing emotions, life transitions and parenting issues. My approach is casual, transparent and supportive but I will also gently challenge you if it'll help you achieve your goals more readily. I'm dedicated to providing therapy because I have seen it help so many people thrive.
I believe therapy should be collaborative and goal oriented. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) will help you gain insight, build skills, and face fears within a non-judgmental relationship. I will always prioritize your best interests. We will track your progress together and I will seek your feedback as we go to make the treatment more successful for you.
