Hi, I'm Garie. I help kids with "grown-up" problems so they can be kids, and I help grown-ups develop a mind so that problems don't keep them feeling stuck. My approach centers around human development, and I work with children, families, teens, couples, and adults. I view therapy as a collaborative process where we explore both conscious and unconscious influences on behavior, emotional responses, and interpersonal dynamics. I believe in creating a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their inner worlds and gain deeper insights into their experiences.

Sessions in my practice allow for conversation and play to unfold naturally while keeping a focus on the goals. I believe in fostering an environment of trust, respect, and confidentiality, which allows for authentic and courageous self-exploration.
