Trained as a relational psychotherapist, I strive to help you connect with yourself on a deeper level, encountering underlying dynamics that might be increasing your struggle. Often, this work looks at our grief, losses, anxieties, transitions and uncertainties, and all the places of ourselves we are often afraid to go alone.
