Therapy can also be a space where we reckon with the universal systems and histories of oppression that have impacted our stories, our ability to tell them, and how we feel they are received in the world. I provide support to those who are motivated towards greater understandings of their stories in order to heal the connections in their relationships with themselves and others.

I will be attentive to your goals while honoring your experiences. I may also challenge you where necessary to assist you in your process. I do not claim to know all the answers, but I am committed to supporting you on your journey towards finding your own. I aim to collaborate with you in your own unique plan of care so you can feel supported.

I have extensive experience and training in supporting individuals, partner(s), and families through times of identity exploration, grief and loss, trauma recovery, life changes, self improvement, and intimacy building. My therapeutic approach will be supporting you working more deeply with yourself towards forging your own path forward in your journey.
