Congratulations on bravely stepping into therapy, perhaps even re-engaging w/ therapy after some time away, and/or asking for support in acknowledging that sometimes it is not helpful to navigate life and complications alone. Whatever your reason is, you have come to the right place if you are looking for a nonjudgmental, validating, gentle, and supportive therapist. My ideal client is someone who longs to become more aware of themselves, curious about what feelings/lack there of you may experience, open to working through active mental health struggles, such as self-confidence, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and more.
I'm a strength-based, trauma-informed, & Gestalt therapist. My passion is helping you grow; finding who it is you truly feel you are & want to be. As a team, we seek your needs & what support(s) might help by co-creating what "healing" looks, challenge core beliefs that may no longer serve, and lean into awareness of what makes you feel alive and feel joy.
My hope is that our work will help you rebuild deeper awareness of the world around you and how it impacts your daily life, relationships, passions, and functioning, amongst honoring what makes you feel joy, alive, and purposeful. Additionally, I hope to help you lean toward gentleness with yourself now and your younger self, knowing you are not alone.
