When I work with couples and adults, I utilize trauma-informed, effective, person-centered interventions that are infused by Emotional Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. As we meet for therapy, you'll be met with curiosity and respect as we work to decrease your symptoms and increase your quality of life.
