Hi, I'm Giorgio. Thank you for being here. I support individuals dealing with a range of psychological challenges, including depression, anxiety, OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder), panic disorders, addiction issues (substances, sex, love, social media, pornography), and managing challenging life transitions.
Approaching therapy through the lens of evolutionary psychology, I draw from my training in various therapeutic modalities, including EMDR, CBT, ERP, compassion-focused therapy (CFT), and mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR).
