Internal Family Systems is a model created to understand ourselves from a systems lens, so you can learn why the different parts in you, interact the way they do. If your goals in therapy are about understanding yourself better, in a non judgmental process, IFS may be a great fit for you!
I am passionate about working with individuals on their relationships. I am very interested in attachment traumas and how our relationships in our youth, have affected our current adult relationships, as well as the relationships we have with our children. I would explore these patterns with you and come up with a plan to concretely change these behaviors.
In addition to being a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach. This means I use a holistic approach to health through clean eating and exercise.
