I work with queer, trans, neurodivergent and disabled couples (including polycules), individuals, families and friends. As a queer and non-binary therapist with an invisible disability, I pay particular attention to the impact of stigma and ensure my clients’ identities are not simply accepted — but embraced and celebrated. I believe everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and valued. I collaborate with clients to move through challenges from a strengths-based perspective. I approach therapy through an anti-oppression, anti-diet, neurodiversity- affirming, fat liberation and disability justice framework.
My specialties are in: navigating gender and sexuality (including people on the Ace/Aro spectrums), queer and trans couples (poly and kink positive), disability and chronic illness, and working with parentified adult children or those that need support in learning to set and maintain boundaries.
I’m also a certified end-of-life doula and also work with clients and family systems to navigate grief, chronic illness, and disability. I am not afraid to go toward the most complicated and uncomfortable topics and issues— and I will be there with you while we work through them all, together.
